Faris Natour leads the Human Rights and Business Initiative for the Center for Responsible Business. He brings more than a dozen years of experience in human rights and business to Haas, having led the human rights practice at Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) and human rights research and advocacy at Calvert Investments.
Program Director, Human Rights & Business Initiative
Marissa Saretsky co-leads the Human Rights and Business Initiative for the Center for Responsible Business. She has spent the past decade promoting and advising on human rights and sustainability management for companies, governments, and multilateral organizations in the U.S and Europe.
Seren Pendleton-Knoll is a graduate of UC Berkeley, with a Masters of Development Practice emphasizing private sector solutions. Her thesis analyzed innovations in financing for small businesses.

Eva pursued her LL.M. degree (Master of Laws) in Public International Law at Utrecht University with a focus on human rights.
Dara McKenzie is the program coordinator for the CRB and the International Business Development (IBD) Program. Early in her career, Dara worked as a teller manager in Boston for five years, where she led a team at one of the fastest- growing banks in the region.
