Corporate Partners

Our corporate relationships help us keep it real. Real for our students who work on projects with companies that not only let them see and experience corporate responsibility, but influence it. Real for our researchers—faculty and student—by grounding their work in something valuable that extends beyond academia and into core business. And real for our Corporate Partners who benefit from our experience and innovative approaches that can differentiate their brand, provide reputational lift and positively affect their bottom line.

We partner with companies—big and small—that engage the Center to gain:

  • Access to (as well as fast and significant return on) top student talent
  • Ability to identify and validate new products and business models through faculty and student research
  • Opportunities to convene with leading companies and multi-sector stakeholders to tackle sustainable business issues

We collaborate with companies in thoughtful and engaging ways through:

  • Student Engagement—projects, grants, fellowships, competitions
  • Thought Leadership—case studies, articles, speaking opportunities
  • Convening Events—research-based symposiums, stakeholder dialogues, networking salons
  • Research Sponsorship—faculty research, PhD and MBA student projects

We ask that our corporate partners contribute at least $50,000 annually for a renewable two-year term. If your company is not ready to become a partner, go it alone and join the CRBench as an individual—it’s free!

We spend corporate dollars wisely. As a self-funded center within the University, we depend solely on corporate and individual sponsorship for our annual operating funds. We run a lean organization with a small but strong staff. Your dollars support our staff by:

  • Attracting and retaining the best faculty, staff, and students
  • Funding leading-edge research
  • Supporting student scholarship through fellowships and grants
  • Maintaining the highest quality curriculum
  • Strengthening the Center’s experiential learning opportunities
  • Enhancing networking opportunities between students and potential employers
  • Organizing topical conferences, seminars, and workshops
  • Increasing general student interest in CSR-infused careers
