Antonio Ciudad Casafranca spent the five years prior to business school at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), the biggest financial institution in Peru, where he specialized in internal consulting. While in school he swam competitively and UP published his thesis on the relationship between inequality and crime in Peru.
